SGC Security Services is seeking a part-time Crowd Safety Door Supervisor for Newmarket. You will safeguard venues, manage access, search for prohibited items, and respond quickly to incidents while delivering excellent customer service at major events.

Role requires 18+ age, a valid Door Supervisor licence, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and seasonal race days. Training and ongoing development are provided, with weekly pay and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold a valid Door Supervisor licence.
• Experience in security or events is advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and flexible shifts.
• Professional demeanour with good judgement and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Carry out pre and post event safety checks per procedures.
• Greet and direct attendees at events.
• Ensure no prohibited items enter secured zones.
• Monitor crowd movements and report incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed.
• Check tickets and control access points.
• Provide asset protection and searches on entry.
• Maintain high visibility security presence.
