My Key Recruitment is partnering with a growing business in Edgbaston to recruit a part-time Credit Controller to join their team in a fully office-based role in Birmingham. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, chase overdue payments and work towards monthly collection targets with professional communication.

You'll handle payment arrangements, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and build relationships with customers to achieve results while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or debt collection.
• Confident communicating with customers about overdue payments.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts from instruction to resolution.
• Contact customers about overdue balances by phone, email and SMS.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Support monthly collection and recovery targets.
