Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting customers to chase invoices and overdue payments.
• Managing and monitoring customer accounts and aged debt.
• Making outbound calls and following up on balances.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Handling payment queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Agreeing payment arrangements where needed.
• Maintaining records of customer contact and commitments.
• Providing general accounts and admin support as required.
