Job summary

Flexspace is recruiting a part-time Credit Controller in Peterborough. The role is 25 hours per week, permanent, with a salary range of £28,000–£35,000 per year pro rata.

You will protect the business through effective credit risk management and collaborate with site and area managers. You will manage arrears, chase delinquent payments, and oversee collections via Yardi, producing accurate reporting and KPI-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Credit control experience essential.
• Legal experience of pursuing cases to court desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent use of Yardi - all notes up to date.
• Monitor and manage the Credit Control mailbox in line with KPI's.
• Chase delinquent DD failures.
• Ensure site management collection of receivables to meet targets.
• Identify and register customer queries on Yardi; monitor progress.
• Prepare and dispatch monthly chase letters and legal notifications.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
