Job summary

Searchandselect is seeking a part-time Compliance Administrator to support the Head of Compliance and Directors in meeting regulatory obligations within the Isle of Man framework. The role focuses on due diligence, client screening, and maintaining compliance records.

You will work 14-21 hours weekly, assist with onboarding, training logs, and policy maintenance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The position offers exposure to TCSP/financial services environment and progression toward

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Isle of Man AML/CFT and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks for new and existing clients.
• Conduct periodic reviews of client files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Perform screening of clients, beneficial owners, and connected parties.
• Support the identification and escalation of suspicious activity in line with internal procedures.
• Help maintain compliance registers, including breaches, complaints, PEPs, sanctions, and training logs.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's Regulatory and AML/CFT Frameworks.
• Support thematic reviews, and business risk assessments.
• Contribute to the preparation of compliance reports for the board.
• Assist in drafting, updating and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
• Help ensure staff are aware of regulatory changes and internal policy updates.
• Respond to internal queries about compliance, CDD requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ongoing monitoring workflows.
• Support the Client Services team in improving data quality within Reverto.
