Job summary

Search-Select LTD in the Isle of Man is seeking a Deputy or Senior Compliance professional ready to step into a full-time role. The incumbent will oversee statutory compliance and will work under the supervision of an external advisor to expand knowledge in UK funds, providing guidance in a low-risk, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' compliance experience in regulated financial services.
• Working knowledge of the IOM Financial Services Rule Book and AML/CFT Code 2019.
• Recognised compliance qualification such as ICA/CISI diplomas.

Responsibilities

• Discharge statutory Compliance Officer role under Part 9 of the IOM Financial Services Rule Book; act as primary contact with IoM FSA.
• Maintain compliance monitoring programmes, regulatory returns and statutory registers.
• Discharge SMF16 Compliance Oversight with ownership of the firm's monitoring programme for AIFMD, MiFIDPRU, MAR, SYSC, COBS, FUND/COLL and SMCR.
