Job summary

Pin Point Healthcare in Redhill is seeking a Registered Complex Care Nurse to assess and oversee complex care packages, coordinating with clients, families and healthcare professionals. This is a part-time role offering flexibility and professional development.

The position requires current NMC registration and experience in complex care or community nursing, with the potential to progress to full-time as the service grows. Salary is £24,000 pro rata with 21 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration in good standing.
• Experience within complex care, community nursing or similar.
• Experience completing clinical assessments and care plans.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and set up new complex care packages.
• Complete and review care plans and risk assessments.
• Provide clinical guidance to care teams.
• Deliver training and competency assessments.
• Complete clinical audits and quality checks.
• Attend client reviews and monitor standards.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
