ALCEDO CARE LIMITED in the Northwest seeks an experienced Registered General Nurse (NMC PIN) to join the Complex Care at Home team. This regional role includes travel between branches and delivering high-quality care in clients' homes.

We offer £46,000–£50,000 per year, contracted hours, 25 days holiday, fuel card, private medical cover and Friday lunch. A full UK driving licence is required; community-based care experience is desirable.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in community-based care is desirable.
• Experience with spinal injuries, brain injury, tracheostomy care, non-invasive ventilation, cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, PEG and related complex care is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel between branches across the North West.
• Good sense of humour and willingness to share skills and ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct clinical assessments and create bespoke care plans with registered managers.
• Support safe mobilisation of clients in home and community settings.
• Provide practical and theory training in clinical areas for support staff and competency sign-off.
• Train staff in clinical competencies (PEG, tracheostomy, ventilation).
• Review and monitor care packages to ensure MAR auditing and adherence to CQC standards.
• Collaborate with clients, families and professionals to improve care quality and effectiveness.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our clinets Complex Care at home team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate & compassionate about delivering quality care to enable people to live the best life possible in the comfort of their own home.

You will be joining an award winning company at a great time in its development as it expands its complex care & clinical services across the Northwest of the UK. We will consider applications for full time 8:30 untill 5pm.

**Please note this is a regional role meaning frequent travel will be required between branches across the North West.**

• Monday to Friday NO shift work (however in exceptional circumstances some flexibility may be required dependent on the needs of the business and the wellbeing of our clients)

• Not stuck in one place, as you will be working between our friendly branches & out in the community in our clients’ homes

The role will involve: (but is not limited to)

• Conduct clinical assessments with new clients and creating bespoke care plans alongside our registered managers
• Supporting in the safe mobilisation of POC out with the community
• Provide practical & theory training in clinical areas for support staff to POC for our clients.
• Providing support staff with clinical signed off competencies in areas such as clinical Intervention & Competencies - PEG, Tracheostomy, Ventilation
• Review and monitor care packages on to ensure they adhere to CQC regulatory standards ie regular MAR auditing & reporting
• Work collaboratively with clients, family, other professionals and interested parties to enhance the quality of care delivered and offer support to our clients, managers and staff as needed
• Ensuring that our clients are given the right clinical support & advice whilst within our care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience of community-based work is desirable but not essential.
• Experienced & competent working with spinal injuries, brain injury, tracheostomy care, non-invasive ventilation, cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, cough assist, epilepsy & rescue meds, PEG and other similar complex care competencies.
• Prepared to travel within the local regions to between clients and branches.
• Good sense of humour, friendly & willingness to share skills & ideas!
