Job summary

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment seeks an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Bristol to deliver and oversee complex 24-hour care packages in the community. The role offers a flexible, bank basis with a pay rate of £35–£38 per hour and potential move to substantive part-time or full-time roles with NHS Band 6 pay.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMC registration.
• Experience within complex care and/or community care settings.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence working independently.
• Experience supporting and supervising care staff.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and safe practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery and clinical oversight of complex 24 hour care packages within the community.
• Work closely with management, governance and care coordination teams in Bristol.
• Support and supervise care staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
