Orchid Healthcare Ltd in Reigate is seeking a Complex Care Nurse to join our team as Clinical Nurse Lead/ Care Manager. This permanent, mainly office-based role covers Redhill and surrounding areas, offering 21 hours per week at £22 per hour.

The post requires 3+ years in complex care, an NMC PIN with 5 years post-qualification, and strong mentoring skills to train carers and maintain high standards of care.

Aufgaben

• Promote clinical and administrative arrangement for the branch
• Train carers to ensure highest levels of care are provided to clients in their homes
• Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of clients
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs and other multi-disciplinary team members, commissioners and stakeholders)
• Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to ensure the needs, welfare and social inclusion of the clients are secured
• Organising and attending regular staff meetings
• Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care at all times

Job Description

A permanent Complex Care Nurse post has become available with a reputable home care company in Reigate that specialise in providing specialist care across Surrey.

• £22 per hour
• Mainly office-base role
• 21 hours per week, flexible shift pattern

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to all clients receiving care at home. This will include complex care, mental health, learning disability and palliative care needs for people in Redhill and surrounding areas. Good communication skills, previous management experience and a passion for providing outstanding care are therefore essential.
