Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a part-time Working4U Development Officer (Community Learning and Development Worker) to design and deliver learning opportunities for adult learners and their families across West Dunbartonshire.

The role includes managing resources and engaging parents and families impacted by community justice, with collaboration across partners to deliver whole-family learning within the Working4U service.

Qualifications

• Deliver learning and development services for Adult Learners and their families across West Dunbartonshire.
• Deliver learning opportunities for parents and families affected by community justice.
• Engage with adults in a positive manner to deliver structured learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning opportunities in line with assessed need.
• Deliver one-to-one and groupwork support to parents and families.
• Collaborate with partners to provide whole-family learning and developmental activities.
