Job summary

Belfast City Council is seeking a part-time Community Centre Assistant Supervisor within the City & Neighbourhood Services Department. The post is permanent with five positions available.

You will report to the Community Centre Supervisor, supervise centre access, respond to public requests, and maintain the building and grounds to a high standard. You will also assist with documentation and act as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to the Community Centre Supervisor to ensure supervision of access to the centre, to respond to requests from the public, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and the good appearance of the building and its environs.
• To assist in ensuring the accurate and timely production of all necessary documentation reports and official returns.
• To act as a key holder.
