Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division seeks a passionate Chef to create exceptional food experiences for Defence clients on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee menu changes and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve services.
• Support creation of new menus and creative concepts.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene.
• Comply with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
