Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Chef, you will prepare delicious, high-quality food, oversee menu changes, supervise a team, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met while delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to innovative menu concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for Defence clients
• Oversee and implement menu changes
• Identify opportunities to improve food services
• Listen to customer feedback to enhance offerings
• Support creation of new menus and concepts
• Represent Defence and maintain brand image
• Monitor inventories and keep kitchens stocked
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness and hygiene compliance
