Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Psychological Therapist (HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist) to join the Learning Disability Services in North Essex. This Band 7 development post offers potential progression to Band 8a on achieving the required competencies.

This permanent role is part-time, 22.5 hours per week. Applicants must be HCPC registered and able to drive or have access to a car.

Qualifications

• Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology.
• Registration with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
• Driving licence and access to a car required unless exempt.
• Experience in learning disability and community settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for individuals across learning disability services.
• Provide support to families and carers.
• Receive supervision from senior Clinical Psychologists and engage in CPD.
