Staff Partners in Harlow is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a growing business. The role blends sales, account management and customer service, with flexibility and a friendly, entrepreneurial environment.

You will identify new opportunities, contact clients, manage the sales process, build relationships and support key accounts, while delivering excellent service across channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or account management.
• A strong track record of generating and closing new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and prospective clients.
• A positive, resilient and target-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• E-commerce experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Part-Time Client Services Executive

Location: Harlow, Essex

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working hours: Flexible between 8:15am and 4:45pm

Salary: £17.07 per hour + company benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a successful and growing business in Harlow.

This is a varied role combining sales, account management and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and providing excellent service to existing clients.

The Role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Proactively contact prospective clients by telephone and email
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop and grow existing key accounts
