LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Client Advisor to act as an ambassador of the House, delivering a unique experience aligned with the brand values. You will identify clients' desires and introduce them to the DNA of the House and its product range.

You will welcome and advise clients, share product expertise, and build lasting relationships while supporting store operations and digital evolution, embodying Jacquemus spirit and excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury.
• Experience selling luxury handbags is ideal.
• Ability to transition existing client follow while absorbing reassigned boutique clients.

YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients' personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client's needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
