Job summary

LA MAISON JACQUEMUS in London is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the Jacquemus DNA across the product range for men and women.

You will welcome clients, share product knowledge, and nurture relationships to drive sales. The role emphasizes a strong luxury service mindset, teamwork, and a passion for fashion in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales, ideally in fashion or luxury, with handbags experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and exceed client needs to deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to transition existing clients to new boutique assignments smoothly.
• Willingness to meet challenges and help the team reach sales targets.
• Initiative, service mindset, curiosity, openness, optimism and empathy are essential.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

YOUR ROLE

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients' personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

• Contribute to the recruitment and loyalty of our clients by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the store.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, stock management.
• Master and adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
• Support the digital evolution of the House.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
• You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client's needs to offer the best possible client experience.
• You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
• You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
• Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
• You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
