Job summary

Atlas FM are recruiting a part‑time janitor for our client’s site in Crawley. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00–14:00 with training provided during your first week. You’ll learn the cleaning and maintenance specifications and how Atlas expect you to deliver exceptional service on site.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, pride in their work, and the ability to work well in a team. A basic DBS check is required, and all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English required for safety communication and interaction with staff and clients.
• Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning and maintenance to agreed standards.
• Provide high standard of customer care and support to Atlas' clients.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins and manage waste/recycling correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of internal and external areas and ensure safe presentation.
