Job summary

Atlas FM is hiringCleaners to work on-site at client premises in Worcester. You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality cleaning, with initial training on the cleaning specification and equipment. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Shifts are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 08:00-09:45, with an hourly rate of £12.71. Local applicants with reliable work ethic are encouraged to apply; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English required for safety and communication with staff and clients.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• No visa sponsorship; must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning to a high standard on site to meet client needs.
• Receive training and follow cleaning specification and use of equipment.
• Replenish consumables and maintain waste and recycling procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to go the extra mile for clients.
