Job summary

Atlas FM is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning at the client site in Slough. You will be inducted at contract start and trained within the first week to deliver cleaning per specifications while maintaining health and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and local eligibility to work in the UK. DBS checks and references are part of recruitment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision to meet client needs and uphold Atlas standards.
• Receive induction and complete first-week training on cleaning specifications.
• Deliver a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials with proper training.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste and recycling containers.
