Job summary

Salisbury Group is seeking a Cleaner for their client’s premises in Minworth. The role involves ensuring high cleaning standards and providing excellent customer care. Successful candidates will be fully trained and supported to succeed in this role.

About The Role

Days and hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 - 12:00 midday

Hourly Rate: £12.77

Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 9EH

What you’ll be doing:
  • As part of the Atlas Family, dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
  • Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week of work to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Providing a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
  • Handling site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times. Atlas will give you a full understanding of safety requirements.
  • Working within a team that goes the extra mile.
