Job summary

Norse Group LTD is recruiting a Cleaning Site Supervisor for a part-time position in Norwich. You will oversee a small on-site team, ensuring the cleaning service meets agreed standards while coordinating day-to-day operations.

You'll engage with clients and the public, manage workloads, and uphold high levels of customer service with attention to detail and on-site health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading staff within a commercial cleaning environment.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and members of the public.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a small on-site cleaning team to deliver service levels.
• Ensure equipment and products are stored, maintained and replenished as required.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and shift coverage.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines on site.
