Job summary

Norse Group LTD is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at High View Primary. The role includes supervising a small team, delivering a full range of cleaning tasks, and ensuring service delivery aligns with customer requirements.

Split shifts across early mornings and late afternoons; supervision comprises 3.75 hours paid at £13.88/hr plus 26.25 hours cleaning at £12.71/hr, totaling 30 hours weekly. Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role; ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lock and secure the school in the morning and evening.
• Carry out routine and non-routine cleaning duties per the specification and quality.
• Supervise on-site cleaning staff and manage attendance and coverage.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and ladders.
• Maintain health and safety standards and complete required paperwork.
