Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Norwich to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure top standards across the Oasis Academy Leesbrook contract. You will lead a small team, train new staff, and coordinate with clients to uphold service quality.

The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with an hourly rate of £15.00, based at Norwich NR14 7QP. DBS may be required, and you will be part of a growing, employee-owned FM provider in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising cleaning teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• Ability to train new team members and ensure adherence to standards.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices in cleaning environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site/Account Manager to maintain cleaning standards across the contract.
• Train new team members and ensure consistent service quality.
• Liaise with clients as required to meet expectations.
