Job summary

Mount Charles is seeking a Cleaning Operative for Radius Millbrook in Bangor. The role involves cleaning assigned areas to required standards, following COSHH guidelines and training on equipment. It is a part-time, 21 hours per week position with three days per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/products and previous cleaning experience.
• Customer focus with good eye for detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience of working independently and completing tasks.
• Leads by example and upholds company values.
• Basic statutory training and ability to understand safety/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are cleaned to required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely per COSHH guidelines.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and proper use after training.
• Report faulty equipment immediately and label as such.
• Maintain safety signage at all times and warn customers of hazards where possible.
• Keep cleaning stores clean and equipment stored safely.
