Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nitec Solutions, Antrim. This part-time role offers 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–11am, to provide high-quality cleaning across offices and facilities.

You will handle routine cleaning duties, replenish stocks, and maintain safety and hygiene standards. We value customer-focused service, attention to detail, and reliability; prior cleaning/Cust service experience and BICS qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Current BICS Qualifications.
• Basic statutory training to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Responding to customer requirements promptly and professionally.
• Carrying out cleaning across offices/meeting rooms, toilets, and site areas.
• Replenishing stocks in your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring equipment is clean and maintained.
• Adhering to company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Reporting safety hazards to the Line Manager.
