Job description

Salary: £13.45 per hour (rising to £14.08 during admin relief hours). 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours during admin relief.

Location: Stagecoach Perth Depot, Ruthvenfield Rd, Inveralmond Industrial Estate Perth PH1 3EE.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Part‑Time Bus Depot Cleaner / Office Admin Relief to join our team in Perth. The role involves keeping our Perth depots clean, adhering to Health & Safety standards, and providing holiday cover for the Office Admin when required. The role requires the ability to transport freely between Inveralmond Industrial Estate & Mill Street.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of office areas, including welfare facilities
• Cleaning of workshop areas
• Yard cleaning and general housekeeping
• Vehicle wheel cleaning
• Admin duties for holiday cover, including filing, staff wages, uploading document information to our dedicated system, general admin duties, and assisting the Fleet Engineer

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Good computer skills and eagerness to learn Stagecoach's systems
• Hands‑on attitude and willingness to support the team on the ground
• Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
