Job summary

Stagecoach Highlands in Inverness is seeking an Engineering Admin Person to join our team. You will help schedule workshop work using Eams Systems, input data for the Fleet Engineer, upload defect cards, and support stores and workshop activities.

The role operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 (39 hours/week) with full-time consistency. Join an established vehicle fleet operation focused on safe, reliable travel for customers in everyday journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative duties in a workshop environment.
• Proficient in data entry and scheduling tasks.
• Ability to manage documents and records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Use Eams Systems to schedule workshop work.
• Input information for Fleet Engineer.
• Upload defect cards to the system.
• Prepare Shunter’s rotas.
• Maintain personal files.
• Assist Stores and workshop teams.
• Update vehicle schedules.
• Book MOTs.
• Book tachograph inspections.
