Job summary

Concept Resources is currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office building in Chippenham.

The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, reception areas and communal spaces, and work independently with lone working and key-holding responsibilities. BPSS screening and proof of Right to Work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and key-holding responsibilities.
• Able to use a telephone-based clocking-in system.
• Good attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, reception areas and communal spaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, counters and frequently touched surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Securing the premises and operating the alarm system where required.
