Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner for a government office in Leicester city centre. The role offers consistent Monday-to-Friday afternoon shifts at £13.45 per hour and starts ASAP.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the offices and public areas, with the ability to work independently. Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, and BPSS screening is required along with proof of right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS screening required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and key-holding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, reception areas and communal spaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, workstations and frequently touched surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Securing the premises and operating the alarm system where required.
