The ideal candidate will have prior commercial cleaning experience, be reliable and punctual, and comfortable working independently. A basic DBS check and Right to Work in the UK are required, with lone-working responsibilities and clocking-in duties.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and key-holding responsibilities.
• Able to use a telephone-based clocking-in system.
• Good attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of banking and office areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, counters and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Securing the premises and operating the alarm system where required.
