Job summary

Concept Resources in Elgin is recruiting a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site. This afternoon/evening cleaning role covers three hours per day, Monday to Friday, totaling 15 hours per week.

The successful candidate will work independently, maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment, and follow site health and safety procedures.

Previous cleaning experience and right to work documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Right to Work documentation required at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Able to operate alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to commit to full Monday-to-Friday shift.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
