Part-Time Estate Cleaner (15h/wk, 2–5pm)

Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a part-time Cleaner to delivery a full range of cleaning tasks across communal residential areas. You will maintain high standards, follow health and safety procedures, and interact with the public as part of the on-site customer-facing team.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to report maintenance issues, manage cleaning supplies, and use digital systems to record completed work. The role runs 15 hours per week, 2PM-5PM Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services and equipment, with COSHH and health-and-safety awareness.
• Good timekeeping and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a team and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases, window-sills, courtyards, paths, carparks and bin stores as per contract specification.
• Vacuuming, dusting, litter-picking across sites.
• Sweeping and mopping hard surfaces and cleaning windows within reach.
• Routinely clean internal white goods where appropriate.
• Take images of completed work when asked and record presence using sign-in sheets and online system.
• Advise Manager on materials/equipment to order and ensure stores/equipment are secure per health and safety requirements.
• Report required repairs/maintenance in communal areas to management.
• General internal and external cleaning of the estate including communal lobby, windows, and staff facilities.
