Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Cleaner for on-site duties across our properties. You will perform cleaning of communal areas, windows, floors and external spaces to the contract specification with attention to safety and detail.

This part-time role runs 15 hours a week (2 PM–5 PM, Monday–Friday). You will work as part of the site team, adhere to schedules, report needs for materials or repairs, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• COSHH and Health and Safety knowledge as part of cleaning tasks.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas as per contract spec.
• Vacuum, dust, litter-pick, sweep and mop surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach and internal white goods.
• Take images of completed work when asked and record presence.
• Inform Manager when materials/equipment need ordering and keep stores secure.
