Job summary

Synergyx Freight Ltd is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers on a part-time basis based in Warrington. You will undertake long-haul deliveries across the UK, often spending nights away, with bay-to-bay drop-off and no manual handling.

Drive a modern fleet, plan routes, and comply with rest breaks and hours of service. We require a valid UK Class 1 license and at least 2 years of HGV experience, with a clean license preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) license for articulated vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years HGV experience.
• Clean license preferred (up to 6 points, no TT/DR/IN).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Pre-employment screening including drug and alcohol test.
• UK road law knowledge (Highway Code).

Responsibilities

• Long-haul deliveries across the UK with nights away.
• Bay-to-bay deliveries with no manual handling.
• Drive a modern fleet and plan journeys using basic navigation.
• Adhere to rest breaks and driving hours and road safety rules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Use SNAP accounts and fuel cards.
