Job summary

Active Force Recruitment is seeking HGV drivers for Severn Beach with night shifts, part-time or full-time possibilities. Typical duties include moving palletised freight to UK hubs, unloading and reloading using a forklift, and returning to the Severn Beach hub to complete routes.

Start times usually range from 15:00 to 18:00, with shifts between 8 and 12 hours. Weekly pay and holiday pay are offered, with strong team communication.

Qualifications

Valid C+E driving licence.
Previous experience as HGV Class 1 Driver.
Understanding of health and safety.
Safety boots & Hi Viz are required.

Responsibilities

Transport palletised freight to a HUB/RDC across the UK.
Unload and reload cargo via forklift at delivery points.
Return to the HUB in Severn Beach after deliveries.

Are you seeking part-time or full-time HGV night driving work?

We have an exciting opportunity for HGV drivers in the Severn Beach area. You will be working between 8 to 12 hours each day, depending on the planned routes, and you can choose which evenings you would like to work throughout the week.

Typical start times are between 15:00 and 18:00. Your responsibilities will include transporting palletised freight to a HUB or RDC across the UK.

Upon arrival at the delivery point, your load will be unloaded and reloaded via forklift before you return to the HUB in Severn Beach.

For the right candidates, there is a possibility of a full-time role. The shift pattern for those transitioning from temporary to permanent would be 5 days on followed by 3 days off.
