Age UK Solihull is seeking a Part Time Child Personal Support Worker to provide 2:1 support for a happy 12-year-old boy. The role involves helping him access and enjoy community activities, encouraging social interaction and well-being.

Responsibilities include accompanying to swimming lessons, building trust with the family, and working with another support worker as part of a 2:1 package. Position is after-school hours.

We are looking for a kind ,compassionate and reliable personal support workers to provide 2:1 support for a happy energetic 12 year old boy

The role involves support to access and enjoy activities in the community.

• Encourage positive social interaction
• Help to participate in activities that promote well being, confidence and independence
• Accompany to swimming lessons
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with client and family
• Work along side another support worker as part of a 2:1 support package

Working Hours

Monday - 4.30pm to 6.30pm

Wednesday - 4.30pm to 6.30pm

Friday -4.30pm to 6.30pm for swimming activity
