Job summary

The Mute Swan is seeking a part-time Chef de Partie to join our lively kitchen team. You will work across all kitchen areas, supporting senior chefs while crafting dishes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or line cook is preferred.

• Assist in preparing and cooking dishes in a busy pub kitchen.
