Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a vibrant, award-winning group of pubs and brasseries. The role involves working across multiple kitchen sections, following recipes, and delivering high-quality, fresh dishes with classical techniques.

Qualifications

• Passion and proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food.
• Able to work at least 2 sections in the kitchen and follow recipes.
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
