Job summary

Browns Sutton Park, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to run a section, mentor chefs and kitchen team members, and ensure all preparation before service is completed to high standards.

At Browns Brasserie and Bar, you’ll serve classically British food in a welcoming team. The role supports growth, welcomes new talent, and aligns with strong brand standards.
