Job summary

Browns Manchester, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie. You will run a kitchen section, mentor chefs, prepare items before service, and ensure cleanliness and safety while cooking to spec and knowing the menu inside out.

Qualifications

• Frame as a hands‑on senior kitchen role where you mentor chefs and maintain high brand standards.
• Ability to run a kitchen section and prep before service.
