Job summary

Browns Bristol, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training great people. You will run a kitchen section and work with the team to deliver classic British dishes to our guests with enthusiasm and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience upholding brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to mentor and develop Kitchen team members.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
