Job summary

Browns Manchester is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and drive high standards across a busy section. You will mentor junior cooks, prepare ahead of service and ensure top-level cleanliness and safety in line with brand standards.

Based at Browns Manchester, you’ll contribute to a customer-focused dining experience, work within a supportive team, and engage in opportunities for progression and paid qualifications offered by Mitchells & Butlers.
