Job summary

Browns Glasgow is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, train kitchen staff, and contribute to the creation of classic British dishes across Browns Brasserie and Bar in Glasgow. You will ensure high standards, work as part of a cohesive team, and support guest experiences with a passion for great food.

You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding brand standards during service.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
