Browns Bristol, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a Chef de Partie to lead a section and uphold brand standards. You will train and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring prep is ready for service and that cleanliness and safety are maintained to the highest levels.

With opportunities for progression and employee discounts, this role offers a path to develop culinary skills while working in a dynamic, guest‑facing environment within Browns Brasserie and Bar.
