Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an ambitious Chef for a full‑time role (40 hours/week) in the UK. You will prepare and serve high‑quality food, drive menu changes, and uphold brand standards across a large estate.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, holds a Food Hygiene certificate, and a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, with a flexible approach to work.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Prepare high‑quality, delicious food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well‑stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning and hygiene compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
