Job summary

Flexspace is seeking a Centre Manager for Newton Aycliffe, part-time 15-20 hours per week, overseeing site operations and occupier engagement. The role is largely lone-working with autonomy, and occasional travel to nearby sites. A driving licence and own vehicle are required, with onboarding at Peterborough HQ.

The position offers a pro-rated salary of £30,000 FTE per annum, with flexibility for 3-4 days per week and a view to growth as the site expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or facilities environment (ideal but not essential).
• Driving licence and transport essential.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Strong MS Office skills and systems literacy.

Responsibilities

• Undertake viewings within 48 hours when requested.
• Maintain regular contact with Marketing to advertise vacancies and handle inquiries.
• Manage centre resources to meet or exceed occupancy and profitability targets.
• Ensure quality control of services and customer service attitude of centre staff.
• Keep vacant units ready for occupancy and coordinate with Head Office on debt collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with occupiers and other stakeholders.
