Job summary

Flexspace is seeking a Centre Manager for Newton Aycliffe on a part-time basis (15–20 hours weekly). The role is a lone-working, autonomous position with travel to local sites and a clear focus on occupancy, profitability and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or facilities environment (ideal not essential).
• Driving licence and transport essential.
• Strong time management skills with multitasking capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
• Good inter-personal, communication and presentational skills.
• Strong MS Office skills and highly systems literate.

Responsibilities

• Viewings arranged within 48 hours when requested.
• Coordinate with Marketing to advertise vacancies and handle enquiries.
• Manage Centre resources to hit occupancy, sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain quality control and customer service attitude of Centre staff.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for showing/occupancy at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office credit control and chase debt.
• Monitor customer retention and address issues or opportunities.
• Minimise controllable expenses and avoid wastage.
