• Cleaning and hygiene: wash dishes, cutlery, and cooking equipment, wipe down counters, and empty trash to meet food safety standards.
• Stock management: unload deliveries, check inventory, and store items at correct temperatures.
• Customer care: greet employees, answer basic questions about menu items, and clear dirty plates from tables.
